Applications are invited for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (01) and Laboratory Assistant (01) in a three year DBT sponsored project “Molecular characterization of genetic diversity of N2 fixing Rhizobia of wild and cultivated legumes of Assam and Manipur” as per qualifications given below:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Molecular Biology / Life Science with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to the candidates having NET and experience in molecular biological techniques.
Laboratory Assistant: HSLC passed having efficiency in Computer Application and laboratory equipments and chemicals.
Maximum Age (yrs): JRF 28, Laboratory Assistant: 30 (5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates).
Stipend (Rs. Per month): JRF : Rs. 12,000/- + 10% HRA, Laboratory Assistant : Rs. 5000/- fixed.
