Walk In Interview
Bioinformatics Center, SVP University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut invites to appear in Walk In Interview on 2nd Sept., 2009 for filling up the following positions (purely temporary), sponsored by the the DBT, New Delhi for advanced research training in Bioinformatics in an on-going project entitled "Creatioin of Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility........ BTISnet"
1. Studentship - 02
Eligibility: Students pursuing P.G degree in Bioinformatics / Biotechnology or biochemistry with basic knowledge of Bioinformatics.
2. Traineeship - 02
Eligibility: Applicants who have completed their P.G degree in Bioinformatics / Biotechnology or Biochemistry with basic knowledge in Bioinformatics.
Desirable:
I. Experience in computational bioinformatics, related field / handling of bioinformatics software / database development & diagnostic & drug design.
Stripend & Duration:
A monthly stripend of rs. 5000 (Conslidated) each shall be awarded to both the candidates of Studentship & Traineeship & the duration of the training will be six months.
These posts are purely temporary & on a project mode. Interested candidates are required to appear for an interview, with all the necessary certificates in original along with a set of attested copies on 2nd Sept, 2009 at 11:00 Am in the Directorate of Research, SVP University of Agriculture & technology, Meerut.
