Duration: Three years.

Positions Available: One - Research Associate (Emolument: Rs.16,000/- pm plus HRA as eligible) or Senior Research Fellow (Emolument: Rs.14,000/- pm plus HRA as eligible). If no suitable candidates are found for RA, the position will be converted to SRF. Candidates selected directly by CSIR will be given preference.

Eligibility for RA: Candidates having Ph.D degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences. Evidence of research experience in molecular biology techniques is essential from published work; Age: below 35 years; (or)


Eligibility for SRF: Candidates having First class M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences and two years of post-M.Sc research experience is essential in molecular biology techniques as evidenced from published papers; CSIR-NET candidates will be given preference; Age: below 32 years.
