Applications are invited for one position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in a Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) sponsored project entitled “Quality Improvement of Traditional method of Rice Beer Production by the Tribal People of Northeast India”.
Qualification: Masters degree in Food Processing Technology/ Microbiology/ Food Microbiology/ Agriculture/ Biochemistry.
Stipend: Rs. 12,000/p. m. for two years
Duration: 2 (two) years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
