Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following purely temporary positions, sponsored by the DBT, New Delhi, for the BIF Centre, Mizoram University:
Project Assistant – Two Posts
Eligibility 1: Post-Graduate Degree in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics with knowledge of Bioinformatics tools.
Eligibility 1: Post-Graduate Degree in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics with knowledge of Bioinformatics tools.
Eligibility 2: B.E (Computer Science)/B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. Knowledge/experience with one or more key programming languages such as JAVA, C, C++ etc is a must. Prior knowledge of software/database development is desirable.
Consolidated stipend for the Project Assistant is Rs. 8000/- per month and the term of service is one year which may be extended further depending on their performance and/or other conditions prevailing at that time.

Applications, neatly typed on plain paper, stating the name, address, date of birth, educational qualifications and experiences, email along with attested photocopies of mark sheets and certificates should be submitted to the Coordinator on or before 12 August 2009.
Short-listed Candidates will be called for an interview on 26 August 2009.
