Research Areas:
1. Study of tumor development: Mechanistic aspects at the cellular, molecularor or genetic level.
2. Mechanisms of cancer chemoprevention by newer anticancer agents.
3. Identification of newer markers for the cancer detection /risk assessment.
4. Toxicogenomics, Genomics and Proteomics of the cancer.
5. Genetic susceptibility for the cancer development.

Qualifications:

1. M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Environmental Science/ Microbiology.
2. Research Associates, CSIR/ UGC/ DBT/ ICMR –NET qualified with the fellowship.

Desirable: Familiarity of modern molecular techniques will be an added qualification.

Age limit: Not exceeding 28 years.
