Applications are invited for the positions of Senior Research Fellows (SRFs) in the DBT funded project entitled "Analysis of dehydration-responsive subcellular phosphoproteome in crop plants". The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project duration.
Senior Research Fellows (Two post): Candidates having M.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Botany/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with two years of post M.Sc. experience in R&D laboratory are eligible to apply.
NIPGR reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the selection committee.

Applications are invited for the following positions in the DBT funded project entitled “National Gene Repository at NIPGR” under the guidance of Dr. Subhra Chakraborty, NIPGR, New Delhi. The positions are purely temporary during the project period, renewable after every one year on the basis of performance. The project duration is for 5 years and the emoluments will be given as per the sanction of the project.
Research Associate/ Project System Analyst (one post): Ph.D in Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics/ Information Science/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology or related field is preferred however not essential. Or M.Sc. or equivalent in the above fields with research experience in R&D laboratories. Knowledge in computational biology is desirable.
Research Associate/ Project Technical Officer (one post): Ph.D. in Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology or related field is preferred however not essential Or M.Sc. or equivalent in the above fields with research experience in R&D laboratories.
Technical Assistant (one post): B.Sc. with 3 years experience in R&D laboratories or 10+2 with science with 6 years experience in R&D laboratory.
Technician (one post): 10+2 with 3 years experience in R&D laboratories or Matriculate in science with 5 years experience in R&D laboratories.
Lab Attendant (one post): Matriculate or VIIIth pass with 3 years experience in R&D laboratories.
NIPGR may select candidates in lower grade against any of the above post depending upon qualifications and experience of the candidates and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise suitable by the selection committee.
